Responsibilities
Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
Handling check-ins and check-outs.
Assigning rooms
Processing guest payments.
Coordinating with bell service and staff management.
Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
Accommodating general and unique requests.
Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
Qualifications
Freshers are welcomed (Having one year experience in 4* Hotel will be an added advantage)
Candidate should have strong communication skills in English
Having experience with IDS PMS will be an added advantage
