We have an opening for a CAFM Implementation Specialist with one of our property management client in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description
Drive the IT delivery team in the execution of Property Management’s CAFM strategy (FSI Concept Systems such as Concept Evolution, FSI GO and Workflows) and coordinate user requirements and IT deliverables for all CAFM related topics while reviewing dashboards and following up with IT delivery and Operations for solutions and closures. As a CAFM Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all Property Management’s (Company PM) CAFM initiatives with the IT Service Provider from initialization to implementation according to Company PM specifications.
 
Education/Qualification:
Min. of 3-5 years of experience in CAFM-FSI works coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Work Experience:
Looking for someone who can support in development, modification and operations of CAFM (FSI).    
Needs to gather/understand the requirement, develop/modify it and execute/operate FSI CAFM system. It’s a full cycle implementation role.
Demonstrated experience in Coordination and Administration of Application Development. 
Demonstrated experience in CAFM System such as FSI Concept Evolution, Reach, Connect and FSI Go. 
Experience in Data upload using FSI Import Module. 
Experience in Report writing using Concept and Crystal Reports. 
Experience in ERP and Systems Integrations. 
Must have experience in a Facilities Management / Property Management environment.
 
Knowledge
Proficient on tracing audits and logs within the application regarding any potential issues reported by FSI users.
