Responsibilities:
A visa specialist focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic and social media communications.
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language (Arabic will be plus)
Proficient in desktop application and internet
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
