We are a Dubai based trading company, looking for a presentable Filipina Receptionist. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls.
Distribute mail.
Act as first point of contact for visitors.
To maintain the general office filing system.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
Qualifications
Must have a graduation degree in any field.
Minimum three years of relevant experience.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
