Coral Business Solution is hiring Implementation Engineer.
As an ERP Software Implementation Engineer, you will be working with our customers to Implement & adapt to ERP Software in their business. You will be closely working with prospective customers and our sales team to analyze the customer’s business goals & needs to Implement software solutions. Conduct Presentations and software demonstrations, guide customers through Implementation Journey and support end-users in the post Implementation phase to maximize the benefits of the Implemented software solution.
Key Responsibilities
Being an implementation engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Implementation of the ERP System.
• Conduct Business Requirement gathering sessions with process owners
• Prepare System Design Documents
• Conduct Software Demonstrations and workshops
• Customize & Develop Reports
• Conduct End User Training
• Prepare Test Use Cases
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests
• Provide Post Implementation support to the end-users
Skills & Qualifications Required
• Must have 0-2 Years of experience in ERP Software Implementation.
• Hands-on experience in SQL,Javascript, jQuery,Ajax, HTML,CSS is mandatory.
• Commitment to deliver high-quality products.

• People management skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Able to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast paced environment.
