Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)


Position – Customer Service Executive -Freight Forwarding
Gender – Female
Language- English & Arab Speaking
Work Location – Dubai UAE
Experience – Minimum of 2 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

* Handling of Import and export activity from UAE with End-to-end scope.
* Freight Forwarding – Sea Import & Export to troubleshoot problems, interact with clients, and increase system automation.
* Handling of Cross-Trade shipments.
* Deep understanding of Incoterms and types of Bl’s.
* Interact with Overseas Agents/carriers (Shipping line), Customs, and Local vendors.
* Collaborate with peers from other departments.
* Find and implement automation opportunities.


* Arab speaking minimum 2 years experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
* Ensure all event data are updated correctly in the system.
* Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
* A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Helpful, courteous s approach to resolving complaints.
