Job Title: Customer Success Manager (BRM Expertise)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 6 Months – 1 Year Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with expertise in Business Relationship Management (BRM).
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Proactively monitor and track customer usage, adoption, and satisfaction metrics.
Identify and address customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer success and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to BRM and customer success management.
Provide input and feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and requirements.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer success processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role.
Strong expertise in Business Relationship Management (BRM) principles and practices.
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer relationships.
Knowledge of the industry landscape and trends related to BRM and customer success.
