The administrative & Interior Design assistant will be responsible for handling all office management tasks, procurement & sourcing, and preparing agreements and quotations templates.
The company is a luxury design studio working on several interior projects in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Office manager: handle all office related tasks and duties
Perform a range of basic office activities, such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting visitors, organizing files, answering emails, maintaining office supplies, paying bills, etc.
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Collaborate and support the design team find suitable suppliers and contractors for the ongoing design projects the team is working on.
Coordinate with suppliers and schedule deliveries and payments
Coordinate with contractors & sub-contractors on quotations and work permits when needed.
Assist with internal design needs as needed.
Present quotations for approval and feedback
Assist the creative director in all her tasks, schedule her meetings, events, and collaborations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience with a strong knowledge of working in a design company
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
General knowledge of Photoshop and design software is a plus
Fluent in English
Having a car and valid UAE driving license is a plus
