Our Client, a multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their ever growing team.
Manages a team of Product Specialists and coordinates/cooperates with the related distributor team in order to achieve sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed business objectives. Contributes to the definition and implementation of the sales strategy while representing the company in the market and driving the team towards success and the agreed annual budget.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing and sharing the strategic direction of the relevant business
Prepare, implement and review sales operating plans which identify likely revenue and number growth in accordance with business plans
Achieve all sales, financial and customer targets in line with the business and personal objectives through
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree preferred (Life Science, Nursing, Commercial, Medical,)
8+ years operational Sales experience in a healthcare company
High skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Fluent Arabic and English are required
