Customer Support Executive


We are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive for one of our well known multinational management consulting services clients located in Dubai.

▪ Process 80-100 customer orders daily and deliver within 30 minutes.
▪ Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
▪ Respond to customer queries promptly.
▪ Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
▪ Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
▪ Engage in work-related correspondence with other company offices.
▪ Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
▪ Perform QC task daily.
▪ Attend relevant trainings as per advice.
▪ Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and protect the company brand at all times.
Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
▪ Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
▪ Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education and Experience
▪ At least a graduate, preferably Commerce, Business Administration/Management Graduate (a must)
▪ 1-2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services
