Customer Support Executive

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive for one of our well known multinational management consulting services clients located in Dubai.

Responsibilities
â–ª Process 80-100 customer orders daily and deliver within 30 minutes.
â–ª Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
â–ª Respond to customer queries promptly.
â–ª Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
â–ª Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
â–ª Engage in work-related correspondence with other company offices.
â–ª Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
â–ª Perform QC task daily.
â–ª Attend relevant trainings as per advice.
â–ª Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and protect the company brand at all times.
 
Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
â–ª Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
â–ª Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education and Experience
â–ª At least a graduate, preferably Commerce, Business Administration/Management Graduate (a must)
â–ª 1-2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services
