E.P.M.E is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant, based in Dubai, UAE.

If you are a detail-oriented, independent, motivated person who want to join a dynamic working environment, this role is tailored for you.

Responsibilities:

Processing import/export orders
Preparing and keeping track of the import and export documents
In charge of invoicing
Inventory management
Working with the logistics department
Reporting and updating sales and customer records
Requirements:

A master or bachelor’s degree in international business.
Advanced level of English and Hindi, French is a plus.
Full proficiency in MS Office Pack (especially Excel)
Knowledge in computer skills, comfortable working with certain office software.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role is preferred
