The Receptionist is responsible for providing support and information to clients in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel.
Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Receive leads and forward leads immediately to respective Sales & Leasing Team members / CRM Executive.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Assist tenants’ queries – Ejari Registration or tenancy contract clarifications
Comply with and task assigned by the manager and demonstrate timely execution of the same.
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry is a must
Knowledgeable in MS Office
