About Our Company: Hub of Consciousness is a wellness center in the heart of dubai offering mental, emotional and physical wellbeing services.
THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE ::
- Welcoming visitors warmly by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Basic Sales & Customer Service: Providing Information about our products and services to clients.
- Collecting Payments from Clients and issue receipts .
- Answer and respond to all voicemail, phone, email, and walk-in inquires and directing them through the appropriate channel
- Appointment Bookings & Rebooking, Room Bookings & Updating Appointment Calendar
- Confirming Clients for Participation for Events & Training Seminars
- Event Coordination & Organization
- Assistance in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Arrange the Set Up for workshops and events held at the center.
- Data Entry: Ensure data is entered correctly into the system
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and complete by day end
- Managing Housekeeping Staff to ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the center
- Ensure all company processes and procedures are strictly followed.
- Handling Basic Admin Duties
