DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Preflight artwork files and convert them to complete print ready files following all instructions, guidelines and specifications
•Perform artwork assembly and color separation / retouching following ipack standard work procedures
•Match color to supplied Color target.
•Responsible for quality control of all repro and image separation work performed.
•Finalized design for production including step & repeat and RIP process.
•Train the other team members
Perform system update and follow design handling system
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
•The Candidate completed diploma or degree in related discipline Printing and packaging diploma / degree will be advantage.
•Minimum of 7 years in a PREPRESS / REPRO FILED
•Experience on Adobe illustrator, photoshop and ESKO.
•In Photoshop, Chanel separation and color retouch, fine tune of colors technique.
•In Packedge, adjust keyline, element and image’s as per requirement including color separation.
•Knowledge about: min dot and adjust in Packedge, photoshop, Raster image process
•Understanding Printing and plate making process and color separation process.
•Make step & repeat and RIP the file for plate marking.
•Preferably have work experience in aseptic packaging material production
•Experience in ESKO software experience is an advantage.
