We are currently expanding our team and are looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate sales professional as a Senior Sales Executive for Kanoo Logistics to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for building a rich sales pipeline through cold calling, site visiting, creating market intelligence, leveraging existing data, etc.
Meet and exceed targets & goals as set by the company and ensure customer retaining through timely follow-up and visits.
Directly manage and sell to customers through coordinating with the pricing team and initiate formal Offers that secure the corporate margins.
Promote and market the company’s services in line with the marketing strategy and commercial procedures to reflect the desired image and comply with the business scope
Act as the main liaison between Customers and KL to ensure an aligned commercial approach and act as a focal point for selling for ALL KL services and solutions
Establish strong Customer focus by data development, monitoring and review of existing customers, lost customers, potential customers.
Review and issue Sales Offers, Contracts & Tenders while ensuring high quality of response to customers for requests and business growth through increased wallet share.
Maintain records of all commercial data using assigned software and CRM and use the corporate systems and processes to comply with KL requirements.
Ensure good Corporate governance and adherence to Group Code of Conduct for all activities
Any other responsibilities that are agreed from time to time
Reports to: Commercial Manager – Kanoo Logistics – UAE
Job Requirements & Candidate Specifications:
At least 5 years of prior work experience, in a similar role with a sizeable Logistics/Freight Forwarding company in Abu Dhabi would be preferred.
Expert knowledge in the logistics/ freight forwarding industry – sea frieght & air frieght is highly desirable.
A minimum of a University Graduate level and/ or, MBA relevant to logistics/ freight forwarding would be of an added value.
Knowledge of the assigned geographical market trends and industry specifics, as well as – customer needs and behavior.
Holding a valid UAE driver’s license.
Good MS office knowledge, specifically, MS Word & Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English, an Arabic speaker would be preferred.
