We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and support our business’ growth. The chosen candidate will be responsible in managing, training and monitoring the sales team to ensure that sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to establish new relationships with potential clientele and grow the business. A deep understanding of the broker’s work is required, including paper works and structure of the transaction process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Managing Director to create and implement sales strategies
Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
Motivate and monitor own sales team to ensure best productivity and consistent sales both in off plan and secondary market.
Design, plan and execute a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
Support and assist agents in closing deals when required
Conduct regular sales meetings on weekly basis and carefully monitor sales activities
To be fully involved in training the team especially new joiners
Oversee and manage issues that arise and maintain support for the team
Initiate marketing campaigns and support lead generation initiatives and lead distribution
To be involved in acquisition, interview, and hiring process for new agents
Work closely with the management to set budgets and forecasts
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial real estate position in Dubai
Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry with a deep knowledge of main competitors including their strategies and pricing models.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills,
Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients.
Goal orientated and target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Excellent English proficiency, fluency in other language is a plus.

Basic Salary
