As part of the enhancement and reinforcement of MSF logistique’s activities in Dubai Hub, the “Administrator of Supply Chain activities” contributes to the effective management of the platform, by supporting all back-office administration as well as operational activities related to the supply flows.
Qualifications
Preferred type of training and/or experience:
• Significant previous experience in administration process & data management
• Significant previous experience with Dubai / UAE logistics activities or knowledge of UAE logistic
infrastructure
• Knowledge of Free Zone setup and administrative requirements (JAFZA portal)
• Bachelor’s degree in business and administration or relevant area for the position
Required skills
• Good skills in administration and tasks organization – plan – scheduling – anticipating,
· Good skills in IS (Excel, Word, power BI, SharePoint, Professional Software like WMS, Internet…)
