Acts as the organization’s first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professional communication
Assist finance with date entry
Review incoming invoices documents from all branches and forward to finance
Manages office supplies stock and places orders with suppliers
Manages petty cash and office bills, prepares reports on expenses and office budgets
Manages office facilities and liaises with bldg. management for maintenance works, access permits and parking facilities
Manages the services to ensure the office cleanliness is maintained to its highest standards
Maintain maintenance agreements and monitor the maintenance cost.
Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Support the team in preparing requirement management reports from time to time.
Attend team meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
