We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing, training and monitoring the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Educated to a bachelor’s degree or similar level (ie real estate, finance, or business administration)
• Experience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is a must (preferably in an off-plan market)
• MUST BE 2-3 years experience as a Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of the broker’s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
• Strong personality and a “can-do” attitude
• Proven organizational and planning ability
• Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills
• Strong decision-maker
• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license and a car
• Team player
