The Role:

• Using a hunter sales approach to develop new business partnerships with new companies
• Ability to maintain and report sales results and pipelines
• Utilize the CRM effectively to ensure accurate pipeline and lead management, forecasting and sales reports and activities.
• Deliver on agreed targets for accounts in terms of revenue and profitability.
• Process contractual correspondence and artwork for the completion of a sale.
• Execute creative proposals to clients with the help on assigned resources.
• Establish a solid relationship with existing clients and build new relationships with new businesses.
• Prioritize and manage client’s expectation
• Route and oversee strategic and creative process, allocate & assign creative resources and coordinate with the team to execute projects.
• Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and development in the wider advertising and communications strategy.
• Monitoring success of the campaigns.

The Candidate

• 5+ years in client services/ account management in an advertising agency, marketing/events company or client side marketing department with a strong knowledge of online and offline creative development.
• Proven sales and account management track record in the UAE (especially Abu Dhabi).
• A proven sales background selling a mix digital, events and content marketing solutions to a B2B audience
• A hunter style mindset to find new business with excellent account management skills to grow existing client spend
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling and consultative sales techniques
• An outgoing, approachable, and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
