We Are Looking For Receptionist
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years in a similar role
2. College graduate and proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Act as the first point of contact for any external person/party coming in the office
4. Be polite to customers – calls coming in and be supportive to staff in the office for making such contacts as necessary
5. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
6. Update appointment calendar and schedule meetings or appointment
7. Coordinates for Hotel booking as and when required as instructed
8. Location: Abu Dhabi
