My Client is one of the global leading platform for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development. They are backed by a giant venture capital firm and are looking to expand and diversify their ecosystem!
📌Responsibilities:
✅ Build and lead a high performance software engineering team include front-end, backend, and testing team
✅ Develop and drive strategic decisions to meet business goal from a deep understanding of blockchain application technology
✅ Lead and develop blockchain applications, developer tools, system process, and technical standards at scales.
✅ Collaborate & Communicate with internal stakeholders on risk evaluation, technical consideration, and resource allocation to convert their vision into a tangible roadmap quarterly.
📌Qualifications:
✅10 years or more experience in software development with 5 years or more experience in an engineering leadership position.
✅ High level knowledge of modern blockchain development processes and tools (eg. Solidity, Truffle, Remix, React)
✅ Experience with Databases SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) is a must
✅ Demonstrated ability of collaborating with Product, BD, marketing, partners and executive team.
✅Experienced in working in a startup company.
