We are looking for an IT Sales Specialist to join our team. Your responsibilities will be for adding new clientele to Technoid’s portfolio of clients by offering services such as website development, software development and project management services.
Responsibilities
Building and fostering relationship with new as well as existing clients and maintain frequent contact
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services to all potential clients
Generating leads through available channels
Acting as the point of contact for clients for current project matters
Reaching out to customers for feedback/surveys and generating business
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
Staying up-to-date with technology trends
Is passionate about technology!
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Marketing
3 – 4 years of experience with customer service and account management
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bi-lingual (English and Arabic) preferred
