Job Description
Manage clients from corporate and non-corporates
Generate & Maintain the sales report
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.
Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs, etc.).
Be compliant with the operations process.
Provide after-sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers.
Assist the client with Market and product knowledge
