Role Description:
Prepare a procurement list for the various architectural & MEP materials to approve a vendor list for all the projects.
Conduct the supplier and arrange the materials as per the project specification.
Review and submit the related material & shop drawings submittals received from the subcontractors in line with the specs and drawings of the project.
Attending the weekly progress meetings for all the sites to monitor the engineering submissions.
Leading and prepare the technical and coordination meetings with all subcontractors and monitor the related engineering works.
Technical support to follow-up on the rejected submittals to get the final approval.
Follow-up the project subcontractors to ensure compliance with set standards and specifications.
Requirements
5 years’ experience
Bachelors in Civil/Architecture
Good knowledge in AutoCAD
Experience in building construction
Strong negotiation skills
