Arabic speaker is must

Job Description:

Develop appropriate leasing concepts, strategies, and plans in line with the business plan.
Prepare leasing budget and business plan.
Achieve the budgetary targets through leasing available units, creating and leasing new opportunities.
Follow leasing trends in the industry and in the region, apprise the management and devise suitable re-direction in leasing strategies.
