Center Manager at Ayurveda Center in Jumeirah
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined, hard working individual that has a deep interest in natural healing and remedies and is interested in developing or enhancing their experience and career with Ayurveda. The ideal candidate will wake up everyday thinking about ways to ensure an outstanding, consistent experience for Company’s clients and will be provided with reasonable resources and opportunities to realize this goal.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible to look into manage inventory, conduct inventory count, enter inventory into the system, order products and supplies to maintain correct inventory levels.
Ensuring that the appointment scheduling for clients and proper handling of incoming and outgoing calls with the (to be determined) “Gold Standard” customer service level.
Conduct follow-up calls with new clients to ascertain feedback on their experience.
Manage the proper tracking and input of client records into the software.
Maintain an organized work area, upload new client intake forms to the CRM system, be proficient and educated in working the POS software, sales transactions of clients for services and retail items, and manage the end of day cash drawer reconciliation.
Resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts or mishaps, product returns, customer complaints, staff disputes and general center maintenance to keep everything running and looking its best.
Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the center
Learn about Ayurveda products & philosophy, educate clients on retail products key benefits.
Assist with promotional events at or outside the center to help market the center and build the brand.
Train Center Associate in the above responsibilities so work can be done efficiently between both persons.

Keeps center owner aware of any issues that are going on in the center and suggests productive solutions to resolve them in order to ensure the salon runs smoothly on a daily basis.
