We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. This person will play a key role for developing & maintaining strong customer relationships for the organisation.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, hunt, secure and maintain relationships with potential investors including high/ ultra-high net worth individuals, institutional investors, family offices, etc.
Producing and updating collaterals including decks, pitchbooks, investor updates and reports.
Provide excellent investors services and uphold the positive reputation of the company.
Leverage your expertise, skills, and network to contribute to increasing the Assets Under Management (AUM) and expanding the investors database.
Track and monitor the investor lifecycle and ensure that all investor queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
Work with potential investors through their diligence, subscription, and onboarding process.
Maintain market knowledge of industry products and investment development.
Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Required 3+ years of proven experience as Client Relationship Manager
Existing client/investor base is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
Commitment to high client service standards.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and ability to analyse fund performance.
Comfortable with working in an unstructured, cross-culture, global environment with high expectations.
