ARTEFACT, a Retail production house for bespoke high end furniture/ Shop fit outs/ Brand promotions in Dubai, UAE is looking for Project Estimator.
The Role Of The Estimator Will Involve:
• Preparing detailed estimates for the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture/ Elements
• Preparing materials take offs from CAD drawings and from discussions with the client or designer.
• Producing detailed cost estimates that fulfill customer requirements
• Handling queries independently, confidently and applying good estimating knowledge
• Preparation and issuing of formal quotations to Clients.
• Prioritize own workload and communicate well with other departments to ensure all deadlines are met.
The Skills required:
• Ideally should have estimating experience within the bespoke joinery or Shop interior furniture field, however would consider other estimating experience or Fresher’s with Civil Engineering background possessing a highly driven and enthusiastic personality.
• Must have excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Must be able to read technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
• Ability to deliver estimating and quoting to a high standard to ensure customer satisfaction
• Robust, positive outlook and team player
