CRUSH Agency is a luxury events boutique-agency based in Dubai and Paris, specialized in arts, music, and fashion.
We are looking for a new, Events Project Manager for the Dubai branch.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, creative and extremely detail-oriented, with a personal network of suppliers and/or potential new business.
Tasks:
– Event management (concept creation, set design creation, …)
– Suppliers management
– Logistics scheduling
– Budgeting & Invoicing
– Administrative work
– Customer Relationship Management
– Commercial Development of the agency (prospecting new clients, …)
Profile Required:
– 2-3 years minimum of relevant experience in the events industry
Good knowledge of Dubai and the GCC
Interest in Arts and Music are a plus
– Perfect written & spoken English
– Proficient in Excel and powerpoint
– Very detail oriented
– Very independent and autonomous
– French and Arabic are a plus
Salary 10-12KeAED Monthly + commission.
