We are looking for a Partnership Manager, who is just passionate about podcasting. You are someone who can excite advertisers with your creative / innovative ideas and can guide them through the various stages of campaigns. You will have experience & ability to take ownership and manage end-to-end podcasts business. You will be responsible for maintaining & developing advertising partnerships with digital advertising agencies and podcast creators. Successful candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with Content Team to understand and identify commercial opportunities
· Sourcing and onboarding advertisers
· Manage and proactively sell advertising to podcast creators and agencies
· Meet revenue goals according to the sales plan
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including content team, sales team digital team, etc.
· Execute campaigns, create sales collaterals, rate cards, and media kits
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ sales experience, preferable with Digital background + Podcast sales experience
· Strong existing network of agency/brand contacts and relationships
· Expertise in the podcast vertical
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Experience identifying and pitching to potential partners
· Track record of building and executing against a pipeline of targets.
· Excellent organization skills.
