• Experience with Australia and/or Canada General Skill Migration/Student visa will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and English language skills and an ability to provide quality customer service in a high-volume work environment
• Ability to meet deadlines, work without close supervision and to manage a diverse workload
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong team workability and communication efficiency
