The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 – 10 years of managerial experience in electrical products sales in projects & End-users directly.
Experience in New Products development & Business developments.
Capable of taking care of entire sales activities of the division which consists of 7 – 8 people.
Preferably an engineering graduate with MBA.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in UAE contracting and end-user segments.
Mentor sales executives in project divisions to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Generate and manage sales.
Qualifications
Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
Must have Knowledge in electrical products like Fire Resistant Cables, Control & Building Management system (BMS) Cables, Low Voltage Cables( Armored & Building Wires), Structured Cabling solutions, Fiber Optics cables, Cable & Wiring Accessories, Cable management systems.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
