Salary: Upto AED 4000

Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in IT Support.
Job Role:
· Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and other related equipment and devices
· Support users in their daily activates, ticket management.
· Ensure the office IT infrastructure is always available.
· Demonstrated technical proficiency in LAN, WAN, Network Management and security.
· Knowledge of DHCP, DNS
· Office 365 Administration and Email Security.
· Administration of VMware ESX/ESXI and Veeam Backup
· Administration of SAN and NAS
· Antivirus, Windows security administration and setup.
· Troubleshooting of hardware and software.
