Requirements For IT Support Engineer

Installation and Configuration of Windows Operating System and End user Software’s.
Good Experience in CCTV (NVR & DVR) and Network Cable management.
Laptop & Desktop Hardware and Network peripherals LAN, WAN, WLAN and different types of Printer configuration.
Basic Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VLAN, Avaya 500v2, Firewall, VPN and Linux and MAC Operating System, ERP and Tally Software, Sophos AV, Google G-Suite, NAS, Fax, WLAN Controller, RAID and Server Hardware.
