Roles and Responsibilities
·        Technical lead of a team of multiple discipline design engineers (process, plant, mechanical, electrical, automation, civil, etc.) in the proper execution of various parallel EPC projects
·        delegate tasks & engineering packages within the team or to sub-contractors while ensuring quality output & schedule
·        lead basic & detailed design phases and the preparation of engineering documents (PIDs, PFDs, data sheets & specifications, layouts, fabrication drawings, etc.)
·        handle queries, clarifications & trouble shooting for all engineering disciplines towards suppliers and customers.
·        technically build and develop a team of engineers and increase their skills and capabilities.
·        prepare reports and help prepare offers/ Proposals support.
·        Experience as Engineering Manager in a large EPC company or on EPC projects
·        Ability to work in an intercultural environment.
·        ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
·        structured attention to detail, professional, independent, and responsible approach to work even under time pressure

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Minimum 7-10 Years of experience as Technical Manager.
·        Bachelors in mechanical or electrical.
·        Experience in EPC & Substation required.
