Responsibilities:
Provide technical hands-on capabilities with installation and configuration, remote monitoring, help-desk customer service tech support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Diagnosed and solved customer installation queries or software issues & properly document all interaction with customers in Technical Support Database.
Provide technical support service delivery within established guidelines; demonstrating soft skills and technical skills that contribute to client satisfaction.
Provided assistance to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues and responded to customer related inquires.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems analyzing protocols involved.
Configured Desktop/Laptops for users, setup Network Printing, Email and established Business Continuity to Headquarters.
Provided systems administration support for windows systems including server and workstation upgrades, backup and disaster recovery.
Performed database optimization tasks by monitoring query execution to reduce locks, optimizing indexes and implementing partitioning on databases.
Developed quality customer documentation included method of procedures for hardware replacements, configuration and database changes.
Responded to occasional after-hours/emergency support requests as needed proactively searched for opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiency
